Air Traffic Control radar and radio update with an optionoal IFR/VFR switch!

Happy to announce that extensive work has been done to update some of the radio phraseology. An optional switch has been added to select IFR or VFR phraseology. Also radar screen has been decorated with nav points, and incoming pilots report their position according to nav points.
